I will look at what you want to achieve, what your challenges are, what you have done in the past, what you enjoy and what time and resources you have available. You will then have a bespoke plan that takes all of this into account. We will run through all the exercises and make sure you know what to do, how to do it and why. I will email your plan through with full instructions and you will then have my support through email and text for the next 30 days to get you started.
