Here are all the dates and opportunities for the month ahead.
Outdoor Bootcamp. Next session is Saturday 29th April 8-9am. Meet at Stewarton Sports Centre Car Park and the cost is £5. Suitable for all abilities as you work at your own pace with a mixture of cardio, strength and flexibility training. Why not try something different and get your weekend off to a great start?
55+ Circuits. Booking essential. The next 6 week block starts on 25th April and costs £30. There will be a session on 18th April and this is the last session from the previous block that was rescheduled. Classes are on Tuesdays 1.30-2.30pm in Dunlop Church Hall. Focus Days. At the start of the year I set out my plans to run Focus Days which will combine exercise with stretching and relaxation. I am running my first session on Saturday 22nd April for 2 long standing clients which is really exciting. I will then be advertising dates for the coming months once I have my format tested. Book Update. Thank you to everyone who offered to help by answering my questions. I have 8 responses now with lots of tips, stories and recipes too. Don’t forget that I need the rest back before 31st March. I have 3 days booked out during the Easter Break to get your content incorporated in my first draft. All very exciting if a little scary!!

Blogs Thank you all for moving across to receive my blog through Word Press. It is very much a work in progress but I am getting there and it will be so much simpler to have everything I write in one place for you to access. You will continue to receive regular useful content and this month will see my first feature on joints, common injuries and what you can do to protect and strengthen. I will be giving updates on my day at the OM Yoga Show, the course I am attending on Yoga and Chi Running and an update on my Half Marathon too. My new Running series starts on March 29th with workouts to improve your speed, endurance and confidence too. All of this plus all the usual tips to get you ‘stronger, healthier, happier.’
‘Surge into Summer’ I am repeating my offer from last year to get you ready for your summer holiday. This gives you the chance to shake up your training and to see some great results. The offer is for 4 x 60 minute Personal Training sessions, 2 x Outdoor Bootcamp sessions and a plan to follow at home. You can take the plan on a solo basis for £99, as a pair for £49 each or as a trio for £35 each. You can choose between a plan for May or for June. All session times are arranged at the start and the plan is paid for in advance. I only have 4 plans available so you need to be quick. Get in touch to book your plan or for more information.
