Join my amazing group of ladies all over the age of 55. The aim is to keep joints moving, build strength and flexibility and improve cardio fitness. It is a relaxed class, supporting each other with no need to feel self conscious. Classes take place in Dunlop Church Hall on Tuesday 1.30 – 2.30 pm. A block is £36 and lasts for 6 weeks. It must be booked and paid for in advance, which can be done by contacting me directly. The next block will start on Tuesday 24th October.
