Here are all the dates and opportunities for you to get fit and healthy in June. I have also included holiday dates for the summer too so you can plan ahead. There should be something for everyone – please get in touch if you want any more information or if you can’t see what you are looking for. I am more than happy to come up with an individual plan for anyone wanting a more specific solution.

Outdoor Bootcamp – Next session is Saturday 3rd June 8-9am. Meet at Stewarton Sports Centre Car Park and the cost is £5. Suitable for all abilities – you work at your own pace with a mixture of cardio, strength and flexibility training. Why not try something different to get your weekend off to a good start?

FitPack 1 is here! This has been a real labour of love. I have wanted to be able to provide a training option for everyone regardless of where you are located for a long time. You can now train with me in your living room or in the garden and see the same amazing results that my face to face clients are getting. So if you lack motivation and need someone there to workout with or if you can’t get to a class because your diary is overflowing then this is for you.

There are 5 elements to the plan which together give a balanced programme that will get you fitter, slimmer and stronger too. You don’t need any fancy equipment and it is easy to follow. I do the exercises with you so you know exactly what to do and for how long. You work at your pace and build fitness as you go. Even better is the fact that FitPack only costs £9.99. This is the first FitPack and there are more to come. Each one is a one off purchase so no further commitment is necessary. You can buy yours here.

Holiday Dates. I will be away from Sunday 16th July until Monday 24th July inclusive. There will be other days when I am not working through the summer and I will keep you updated if your sessions are affected. Can all exiting clients send me your holiday dates using the contact form below?

R & R fit4evermore style. Are you intrigued? This is another new addition to my portfolio. I wanted to be able to offer a workshop style event where you are able to focus solely on your body and fitness.  So here it is. R & R is a twist on the obvious and at fit4evermore means to Reboot & Relax. You will take 3 hours to focus on you, to exercise and then to relax. During this time you will spend some time outdoors, try bodyweight training, do some strength work and you then stretch out and relax.

There will be time to zone out and where you don’t have to think about where you need to be next. You can enjoy the space to look after yourself without interruption. There will be ideas to take away to try at home too. All of this for only £40 per person. Skipping Challenge. Many of you will have seen the Burpee Challenge for May. Our challenge for June is going to be Skipping. The format is slightly different as you will need to register and the challenge will then be sent out by email. All you need to do is send an email here and I will forward details to you at the start of the challenge. It will be easier than the burpees I promise!
