Wow! They did it! 8 weeks, 2 fitness tests, 4 Outdoor Bootcamps, 12 Circuits, 12 Tabata sessions, 3 challenges and an average improvement of 27% overall. All the hard work has paid off. What a difference it makes having a structured plan with clear instructions, support and a degree of accountability. We finished with lots of big smiles and proud moments. The next plan starts in January and registration is now open here.

I love the fact that after 2 group plans I can now say with confidence that this plan delivers great results. The first group saw a average 37% increase and the second 27%. I created this plan using the same system that I have delivered to face to face clients over the last 7 years. The format is different and can be completed at home but the same results can be seen. I am excited to see what the next group in January achieves. I am also looking at ways to offer a monthly training option combining face to face and at home training.

What do I need to do?

If you are looking for a quick fix then this is not the plan for you. It is effective because you know exactly what you need to do and when to get results. We start with a fitness test, the option to weigh and measure followed by a goal setting exercise. From the very start you will be clear on what you need to do and why you are doing it. To complete the plan you are committing to 3 x 30 minutes of exercise for which you have videos and full instructions. You decide when to do these sessions and they can all be done at home. Of those who have completed the plan, some preferred morning workouts whilst others have completed them in the evening.

Wow a 78% improvement!!

The workouts are all different and challenge from all angles. The plan has delivered huge improvements in upper body and core strength with one lady achieving a 78% increase in the number of plank rows she could do in a minute. If legs are your weakness then you will be encouraged to hear that another improved by 66% her score for reverse lunges. These are huge shifts and I think demonstrate the work that they all put in.

Goals will vary as will the areas where you want to see improvement. Everyone has made a step forward. All have recognised that the results achieved are in direct proportion to the effort you put in. We have a WhatsApp group which really helps with support and motivation. If you are struggling to get on with your workout it can help to see that others are feeling great having done theirs or are about to start too. I’ve certainly been spurred into action by posts from group members. You can ask questions, arrange to meet up and you have direct access to me too. We all differ in the levels of support we need – it’s your group and those who engage the most tend to see the best results.

Each Monday you receive an email with your instructions for the week. This really helps to keep you on track and to feel part of a real lifestyle change. We look at sleep, stress, nutrition and hydration. There are the links to your workouts, challenges to boost your results and recipes to try.

The plan includes 4 Bootcamps which until now have been outdoors. If you are doing the plan remotely I will send you an additional workout that you can complete. For January you will be able to dial into a live session from home rather than braving the elements outdoors. We would then all do the workouts in our own homes rather than risking falling in the cold. Where there is a will there is a way!

So who is this plan for?

Here are 3 broad profiles of those who have successfully completed the plan. I think these will help you to see whether the plan is for you.

‘I am reasonably fit but struggle to exercise more than once or twice a week and sometimes don’t manage that. Work and home are busy and I have to be really organised. I want to be fitter, more toned and to counter the ageing process! My willpower is low and I am tired, have little energy and the weight is creeping on. I need something to kick start my fitness and help to stay on track.’

However hard I try I don’t seem to be able to find a class or option that fits with my schedule. I want to be told what to do and when and to know that I am not wasting my precious time. I need structure, flexibility, encouragement and expertise.

‘I used to be fit and active until life got in my way. I have had injuries and issues with particular joints. I am doing little at the moment and don’t know where to start. I would feel self conscious in a gym or at a class and worry about doing more damage. I need alternatives and to build up my strength and confidence.’

Sometimes we just need to get out of a rut and find a way to kick start the next phase. How good you feel about yourself has a knock on effect across all areas of your life. Having a new sense of purpose, having more energy and feeling fitter are all powerful boosts for you. This plan is about so much more than a series of exercises. It is designed to change how you feel and for the better.

This is just the start. You can then decide where you go from there with a series a tools that you can use over and over. Once you feel the difference you won’t look back. I will never tire of being the type of person who is fit and healthy or of supporting others to be the same. The question now is whether you too want to feel the difference that this plan makes to your every day. If so, all you need to do is to follow the link to the registration page and follow the instructions. You will then receive a confirmation email with payment details. You can pay a £50 deposit with the balance due on 6th January or pay £120 now.

Everyone who has already completed the plan has a £20 off voucher to share with a friend so it may be worth tracking them down! There are only 12 spaces and 4 have been filled already. It’s time to get 2020 off to a great start with a commitment to a fitter, healthier you. This would make a great Christmas gift for someone! Get yours here

What did the last group say about the plan?

Here is what the last group had to say about their plan.

‘It really helped me make changes in all areas of fitness / wellbeing (exercise, diet, sleep etc). Setting and declaring the goals was a great way to ensure focus and determination, and therefore get results. I liked the variety in the exercises, it kept things interesting and made me work on areas I haven’t been exercising for a long time.’

‘It did what it said on the tin 😄 it definitely helped me to get back into regular exercise.’

‘I would recommend the Plan to anyone looking for a little more support and encouragement with their exercise routine.I thought it was very well thought out, progressed at a good pace, Clare supplied lots of advice on not only the exercises ,but diet and lifestyle too, a really good start to build up a healthier body and mind.’

‘A good way to get started with regular exercise and motivation to keep going.’
