I’m Clare Nielsen and I’ve been running fit4evermore for over 7 years now, following a successful career in financial services. On a daily basis I am a trainer, a coach, a massage therapist, writer and counsellor and I absolutely love what I do. My original vision of Personal Training was some military type person screaming at me – Clare is not this so look elsewhere if that’s what you’re after!
Clare is instead motivational, inspiring and has helped me achieve things I NEVER thought possible. It is now Clare’s voice in my head telling me I CAN do it! She is patient and adapts my training to suit injuries and ability.
I absolutely love my sessions and NEVER moan about going – in fact it is often the highlight of my week…plus I get a good natter!!
I also go to Clare for a monthly sports massage….I walk out on a cloud of happiness and am pain free each month…if I could have one each week, I would!

I have trained with Clare since the beginning of her “second” career. I was there this morning and chatting about the fact that this is the longest I have stuck at any exercise routine. I have always been active but struggle to stick at things. I always need a new challenge and also need someone to motivate me. Clare manages to do both and knows which buttons to press to get the best out of me. Army-style Boot Camps don’t do it for me and nor does going to the gym on my own but Clare gives a great mix of solo, pairs or small group options and always has something different to throw in the mix. If you are even the tiniest bit tempted just give it a go. I have now hit the big 50 but feel Clare is helping to keep the ravages of time at bay and keep me moving and motivated. And if exercise doesn’t do it for you her massages her great too.
Clare is fab at what she does! Motivational yet understanding she gets the balance right and quickly knows how to get the best from you. Well worth a visit if you want great results.
I started going to Clare on a weekly basis with my wife about nine months ago. I had once (a long time ago) been seriously fit but old age (60), beer and a hard, travelling desk job has taken its toll. I was pretty sceptical too, to be honest. Well it hasn’t turned out that way. Clare’s approach is fun, thoughtful and tailored to us. It can be pretty taxing at times as well but is not over the top. I have lost about nine pounds and rediscovered some muscles, a troublesome back has all but disappeared (the exercise programme was directed at this which has helped my golf) and a day working in the garden doesn’t leave me laid up for the next two. I have also treated myself to a massage on a monthly basis as a bit of a reward. Well played Clare! Thanks!
Stuck for what to give my in laws for their birthdays I decided on a few sessions with Clare Nielsen I was a bit apprehensive regarding their reaction Initial response was tepid to say the least but with the view it would only be a few sessions they accepted 1 yr on and I am embarrassed to say they may show me up This couple are 65 + and now very rarely miss a session Well done them and Clare of course.
