Early Morning Outdoor Bootcamp 1st-5th August – blast your fitness

Here is your chance to book your place on the fit4evermore Summer Outdoor Bootcamp. As in previous years there will be early morning sessions for 5 days running to be booked and paid in advance. This gives you a chance to get outside, step up your training and have some time to yourself before heading to work or looking after the kids. Spaces are limited to 20 so you need to book your place now!

We can’t guarantee the weather but you can’t beat time outside for making you feel better, more alive and raring to go in the morning. A day spent at your desk won’t feel nearly as bad if you have already done your training and had some fresh air too. Who wants to train in a stuffy hall when you can get outside? Getting wet doesn’t matter – you are heading home for a shower straight after anyway. All you have to do is get yourself there and I will take over the thinking from there!


Sessions will be varied with elements of cardio, strength and flexibility training. You work at your own pace and most exercises are timed. All you need to do is what you can in a minute – everyone is too busy working hard to see what you are doing. This is time for you and will make a difference to your fitness levels and your mood. We meet at the Stewarton Sports Centre Car Park and we head from there around Stewarton.

There is something for everyone and there are always options depending on your fitness levels. We work around various issues with knees, shoulders and backs so let me know if we need to work in adaptations for you. There are always alternatives and ways to increase or take down the intensity.

We start at 6.30am and the session finishes at 7.15am. There will be the option to finish at 7am if you need to head off to work. I can take a maximum of 20 people and places will need to be booked and paid for upfront. The cost for the block is £20 or you can pay for individual days at £5 each.

To book your place complete the attached form and either bring to your session, hand in at Outdoor Bootcamp at 8-9am on 16th or 23rd July or post to the address on the form. Spaces are allocated on a first come basis and must be paid for at the time of booking.
