55+ Circuits – Booking essential. New block starts Tuesday 25th April and costs £30. Classes are on Tuesdays 1.30-2.30pm in Dunlop Church Hall. Dates are then 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th May. To book or find out more please text or call 07814 788408.

Outdoor Bootcamp – Next session is Saturday 29th April 8-9am. The session for May will be delayed until June 3rd (to avoid another bank holiday weekend). Meet at Stewarton Sports Centre Car Park and the cost is £5. Suitable for all abilities – you work at your own pace with a mixture of cardio, strength and flexibility training. Why not try something different and get your weekend off to a great start?

Summer is coming!! Dare I even say it… is just over 2 months until the summer holidays. I am giving you a chance to slim your waistline, boost your energy and improve your sleep and your skin. Run Series.  This is my free 4 part series taking you through a variety of run sessions designed to help you to improve your speed, endurance and distance. It can be hard to keep seeing progress and many of us are guilty of putting our trainers on and doing the same runs over and over again. This series will give you some easy to follow ideas and shake things up a bit. You can do them outside or on a treadmill and most take 30 minutes or so. You can find out more here.

Book Update. Thank you to everyone who completed my questions and shared their tips, recipes and favourite events. I have added all your material into the book and it is really starting to take shape. The next stage is to add in all the tools to make getting fit and healthy easier and to format with photos. All is still on target to publish in September so watch this space.

Get Moving Plan. Another client has successfully completed my Get Moving plan and has signed up to do another block. She has worked hard and has lost more than 4 inches and can feel the difference. She has started to walk more, is running on the treadmill and has a circuits plan to complete at home each week too. I have another client starting her plan this week too which is really exciting. It is great to see people starting their journey to get fitter and make changes in their lives. It can be really daunting when you begin and it can really help to have support and guidance at the start. Now is a great time to get started with the lighter mornings and evenings and summer fast approaching!

Focus Day. After a successful trial session this month I am looking to run a mini Focus session on Saturday 1st July and/or Saturday 15th July. The focus is on you and taking some time out to recharge. There will be a mixture of exercise, stretching and relaxation. with coffee and refreshments to finish. The session will run from 10-1pm with 3 (possibly 4) spaces at a cost of £40 each. If you are interested then please text or call 07814 788408 letting me know which date you would prefer.
