In the meantime you will find 4 workouts that will take around 20 minutes each that formed part of a Festive Challenge that I ran a couple of years ago. These can be done at home and don’t require any equipment. Work at your level and build your fitness fast. There are videos to help with stretching and to strengthen sore knees.
